Returns

Domestic Returns: 

We hope that you love your purchase from Meaningful Mantras. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 4 days of the customer receiving their order. A refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. The customer pays return shipping. Candles must be unlit and unused in good condition to be returned. Epsom salts are non-returnable due to hygiene. Wax melts must be unused and in good condition. Room sprays must be unused and in good condition. Massage candles are non-returnable due to hygiene.

Returning Defective Products: 

Please contact customer service within 48 hours from purchase at info@meaningfulmantras.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through the meaningfulmantras.com website. Please send us photos of your damaged products!

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
